Required Qualifications
5+ years of Account Management experience in SaaS or the CX space
Experience selling in the Contact Center industry
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth in a high-growth SaaS environment
Experience in solution selling, particularly to existing accounts
Ability to effectively engage with C-Level executives and adapt communication styles
