A company is looking for an Account Manager I to deliver exceptional support and implementation services to healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve client support tickets related to safety software platforms
• Provide expert troubleshooting for technical and user-related issues
• Deliver client training on platform features to enhance user adoption and experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/training
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or digital health technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Higher level Excel skills preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or project management is preferred
