Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting Specialist, Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide internal customer support while managing contract issues and communication for Strategic Accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing day-to-day contract activities for large accounts
• Collaborate with account managers and project management teams to support assigned accounts and monitor contract activity

Required Qualifications:

• Must currently live near Richmond, VA or in the state of Florida
• 1+ years' experience in account management, administrative sales support, or customer service
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPS)
• Experience with contract management and data/reporting analysis
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
