Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand client issues and needs, escalating them to the appropriate team
• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and chats, ensuring a positive client experience
• Clarify and track client issues within in-house systems, providing feedback for service improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage customer service or service industry experience
• Proven track record in customer service
• Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite; LOS experience preferred
• Strong judgment skills for escalation of issues
