Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a start-up environment related to ecology, forestry, or nature-based solutions
• Strong generalist operations background with experience in systems and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and build processes from scratch
• Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling organizations, preferably in a climate or mission-driven context
• Fluency in modern operations tools (e.g., GSuite, Asana, Slack, Notion)
