Risk Adjustment Regional Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager, Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Risk Adjustment program across multiple markets and engage with provider partners
• Lead operational improvements and develop optimal provider practice workflows
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management of the Risk Adjustment team

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in managed care or the healthcare industry
• Experience managing multiple markets/regions
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Experience with program management and data interpretation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Certified Coder preferred
