Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, target setting, and resource planning for project areas/product lines while leading cross-functional teams
• Lead strategy and execution of new product initiatives from ideation to scaling to maximize product success
• Understand market trends and customer needs to develop actionable strategies and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, business operations, or related fields in high-performing companies
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or investing is a plus
• Proven track record of launching and scaling new products from inception to success
• Ability to navigate and execute effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
• Structured thinker with a data-driven approach to strategy development
