Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Advisor to enhance the new hire experience from post-offer acceptance through the first day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for new hires, providing updates and support throughout their onboarding journey
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and monitor progress, addressing any complexities that arise
  • Implement solutions to improve onboarding processes and ensure compliance with all requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4-5 years of HR or customer service-related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HRIS (Workday preferred)
  • Strong ability to analyze processes and implement solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
