Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted advisor
• Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in HR roles, such as HR generalist or HR specialist
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
• Knowledge of Federal and State laws applicable to wages and working conditions
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
