Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Client Success Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
• Conduct monthly goal reviews and provide data analysis, reports, and recommendations for improvement
• Manage routine audits and corrective action plans to uphold RCM performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management with knowledge of billing and practice management
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role managing client accounts
• Proficient in healthcare billing software and EHR/PM platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with advanced analytical skills
