New Jersey Multifamily Outreach Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multifamily Outreach Representative to drive the success of residential multifamily energy efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities to multifamily property owners, managers, and residents
• Generate leads and educate stakeholders on energy efficiency programs and benefits
• Organize meetings and events to promote program participation and assist with application processes

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in outreach, sales, and/or community engagement
• Previous experience with multifamily programs and energy-efficiency outreach preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Must be a New Jersey resident with an interest in sustainability
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
