Network Performance Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Performance Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and performance of key provider groups
• Analyze and communicate financial, utilization, and quality metrics to drive provider performance improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support provider performance and resolve challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Network Management, Provider Relations, or Risk/Value-Based Contracting
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management or management roles
• Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare contract, quality, and network requirements
• Familiarity with HEDIS and STARS measures
