Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and manage databases related to provider contracting
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in agreements or reimbursements
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to optimize database performance and assist in data management tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Preferred knowledge of database management
• Experience in provider contracting or configuration is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, account management, or operations
• Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
