Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to leadership on HR expertise and business acumen
• Lead global HR Business Partner & Engagement team, focusing on employee life-cycle programs and change management
• Design and implement engagement programs to enhance team collaboration and communication in a remote environment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global talent development and HR Business Partnership in a high-growth SaaS company
• Deep understanding of US and international HR policies and labor laws, with experience leading teams in India
• Strong business acumen with experience in scaling organizations at similar growth stages
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive leadership
• Expertise in modern HR systems and data analytics for driving business decisions
