Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate initial closing disclosures and closing documents for mortgage loans
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory standards, and investor requirements
• Maintain communication with departments and closing agents to facilitate smooth transactions

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience preparing initial closing disclosures and closing documents with a direct mortgage lender
• Experience with conventional and government loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Encompass 360, and Doc Magic or similar systems
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with flexibility for overtime and weekends
• Recent experience in a retail direct lending environment preferred
