Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor automations, applications, data pipelines, and infrastructure processes for performance issues
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational disruptions and collaborate on resolution plans
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and operational KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or IT support
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and Grafana preferred
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments with high data volumes
• Willingness to support after-hours incident response when needed
• Ability to learn end-to-end business processes relevant to the role
