Foreclosure Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II to manage the foreclosure process for mortgage loans and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the foreclosure process from referral to post-foreclosure, addressing issues and ensuring timely completion
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve delays and title issues, and provide status updates to investors
• Generate reports for foreclosure tracking, ensure compliance with investor deadlines, and manage various assigned tasks related to foreclosure actions

Required Qualifications

• A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in Default Servicing related fields
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Experience in Default Servicing, preferably with 3 years in related fields
• Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit
• Experience in reviewing legal documents related to foreclosure and litigation
