Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for Public Sector customers, addressing their needs promptly
• Educate and support clients to optimize their utilization of the product suite
• Resolve customer queries and issues, escalating when necessary, while developing relationships across customer organizations

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of enterprise-level technology-related support or technical account management experience
• Experience in the Telecommunications market, ideally with support for the Public Sector
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel functions
• Exceptional technical problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
• Familiarity with the ESRI ArcGIS platform and services is beneficial
