Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Manager, Community & Specialty Oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication with assigned sites to address business needs and provide performance analysis
• Conduct statistical analysis and recommend actions to improve financial performance and address issues
• Support integration of new providers and monitor revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional healthcare setting required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with EPIC preferred
• Ability to learn and assimilate electronic systems
• Prior experience in hospital revenue operations preferred
