• Document all customer interactions in CRM and measure product KPIs

• Over 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise software or SaaS
• Proven success in leading customer engagements and fostering B2B/B2C relationships
• Proficient in aligning technical concepts with business needs and presenting to diverse stakeholders
• Strong operational discipline with an analytical, process-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
