Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Success Manager II to support a portfolio of clients focused on vulnerable communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with awardees, acting as their primary contact from pre-application to project completion
  • Assist in onboarding new awardees and guide them through the application and project life cycle
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring compliance and performance monitoring


Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in legal, financial, real estate/construction, or account management field
  • 5-7 years of experience as an Account Success Manager or in a similar role
  • 6 years in financial, real estate/construction, and/or account management, with portfolio management experience
  • 3 years in grants management, collaborating with grant recipients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft tools
