FM Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FM Operations Manager, remote based in the VA or DC area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor team members
• Maintain client relationships and manage departmental profits and losses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and improve team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
