Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist to manage parts orders from entry to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order entry and acknowledgement
• Provide weekly Open Orders Reports and Excel reports for M&C
• Update orders and advise customers of changes in promise dates and schedules

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with customer service and export control is desired
• Familiarity with SAP and Powermax is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with various departments
