Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, New Homes Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with new roofers/installers and onboard contractors
• Establish project tracking standards and lead solar field managers to ensure performance
• Collaborate with various departments to align goals and provide technical sales support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field with 15 years of experience, including 8+ years in residential new homes construction or solar development
• Strong understanding of building and regional codes
• Deep knowledge of the homebuilding and solar industry market dynamics
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans collaboratively
• Highly motivated with leadership and team management experience
