Position Overview
Join Voice Up Publishing as a Human Resources & Team Wellness Intern, working directly with the Founder to create and maintain a purpose-driven organizational culture. This role focuses on developing supportive onboarding processes and wellness initiatives that help team members thrive while pursuing their purpose in a safe, celebratory environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Support new team member onboarding processes
– Research HR best practices for remote teams
– Develop team wellness initiatives
– Create safe space protocols and guidelines
– Document team celebrations and milestones
– Participate in weekly Saturday afternoon collaborative sessions with our nationwide team of student leaders
– Build team engagement resources
– Foster inclusive community culture

Required Qualifications
– Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
– Interest in human resources and organizational development
– Strong interpersonal communication skills
– Excellence in documentation and organization
– Understanding of remote team dynamics
– Cultural sensitivity and awareness
– Basic HR knowledge
– Commitment to team wellness
