Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of leave management including FMLA and ADA accommodations
• Lead engagement and performance programs, ensuring a seamless employee journey

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, leave management, or operations
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to navigate sensitive issues with empathy and confidentiality
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with a continuous learning mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
