Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation journey for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and successful project milestones
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, conduct practice analyses, and monitor onboarding progress
• Lead project check-ins and provide post-live support to ensure successful client transitions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Vtiger) is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS environments is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable handling client concerns with professionalism and proactive solutions
