Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Non Tech 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate new product introduction (NPI) programs for cloud server rack hardware, focusing on compute and storage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track deployment metrics and ensure readiness for deployments
• Manage a mix of meetings and tactical ad hoc tasks, transitioning from initial meetings to executing tasks as the role progresses

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of overall experience in the field
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a supply chain-related field
• Previous experience with Microsoft is preferred but not necessary
• Experience with SQL and a process improvement mindset is advantageous
• Experience with Excel and dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI is required
