Job Summary

A company is looking for an ESS Program Manager to oversee and lead support for Navy programs from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead support for specific task areas of large, multi-year Navy programs
• Develop and maintain the budget for each year of the contract in designated task areas
• Establish and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs for the program

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10 to 15 years of professional experience supporting Navy programs
• Experience with Navy Shipbuilding programs and program management for business operations
• Familiarity with DoD/DON procedures and policies, including the DoD 5000 process
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level II Program Management certification is preferred
