North Carolina Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as owner's representative on large, complex construction projects, preferably in lab/office or cGMP manufacturing environments
• Supervise a large sub-contractor team for start-up and commissioning of equipment
• Ensure compliance with construction site safety documents and oversee project documentation and financial obligations

Qualifications and Requirements

• An engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, construction)
• 4-9 years of experience on large engineering projects, preferably in a biotech environment
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with cGMP compliance
• Experience using project/construction management software and CMMS
• OSHA construction certification is preferred
