Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project performance data and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
• Establish and monitor risk management protocols and implement contingency plans
• Ensure compliance of project documentation with company policies and industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and regulations
• Experience with large-scale or complex construction projects is preferred
• Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes is desired
