Human Resources Technology Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Technology Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom Workday reports and dashboards
  • Conduct complex audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to improve reporting and analytics capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related discipline preferred
  • Two to three years of professional experience in data administration and analysis
  • Experience with Workday configuration and administration
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
  • Understanding of current Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefit principles
