Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from Associates regarding employee relations matters and explain company policies
• Act as an intermediary between Associates and Payroll or Benefits Help Desks for unresolved issues
• Investigate employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on complex matters

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an HR representative or generalist in a large company
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Strong computer skills, including SAP and HR software proficiency
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow of assigned cases
• Experience in preparing reports and business correspondence
