A company is looking for a Provider Recruitment Specialist to screen, recruit, and contract providers for a nationwide backup care network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with contracted providers, ensuring accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, recruitment, vendor management, or sales required
  • 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
  • Experience with contract negotiation preferred
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
