Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with laws and regulations
• Analyze, design, and implement compensation programs and manage the year-end performance management cycle
• Develop and manage internal HR policies, recruiting processes, and benefits programs to attract and retain talent

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree and SPHR certification required; MBA is a plus
• Experience leading HR in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organization
• Demonstrated track record in compensation strategy design and administration
• Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
