Required Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS implementation and managing systems integrations
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes and global compliance
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and SQL
• Proven success in building and managing diverse, high-performing teams
