A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for senior-level and executive talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for VP-level and C-suite roles, including sourcing and candidate assessment
• Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership to understand hiring needs and organizational goals
• Develop strategies to identify and attract passive talent through direct sourcing and networking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in executive or senior-level recruiting
• Proven success in hiring for VP and C-level roles across various functions
• Deep understanding of executive compensation and candidate assessment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
