Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of HR & Compliance to lead people operations and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
• Research and communicate changes to employment and labor law, ensuring compliance across the organization
• Manage HR performance processes and support employee engagement and conflict resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with a strong understanding of employment law and compliance
• Experience managing HR operations for a multi-state, remote healthcare workforce
• Proficiency in running payroll, benefits, and tax compliance
• Experience with HR systems such as Rippling or similar
• Ability to balance strategic planning with execution effectively
