Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Underwriter, Home Insurance to help build and scale their home insurance product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain home insurance product flows
• Conduct market and regulatory research, providing strategic recommendations on home insurance offerings
• Support agents with product knowledge and training while resolving underwriting issues

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in home insurance, preferably in product, underwriting, sales, or operations roles
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. home insurance market and regulatory environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, legal, engineering, and sales teams
• Proactive mindset with a focus on business growth and improvement
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support strategic decisions
