Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Reservations Sales Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and ensure timely guest follow-up
• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue goals while pursuing outbound revenue opportunities
• Maintain accurate reservation coding and keep current with hotel information for three properties

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Reservations, Front Desk, or Concierge in a luxury resort
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work as a team player
