A company is looking for a Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and develop the sales team to meet business objectives
• Oversee sales team pipeline development, deal forecasting, and execution
• Guide Business Development Managers on resource allocation and account strategy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or sales management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
• Previous experience selling legal technology is a strong plus
• Strong track record of revenue attainment as an individual or team lead
• Ability to interact with C-level executives
