Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement to lead initiatives in Launch & Program Readiness, Content Readiness, Process Optimization, and Enablement Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute frameworks for field and partner readiness aligned to product launches
  • Lead the creation of global content readiness strategies and manage a team to produce compelling content
  • Define and implement enablement processes and optimize training platforms for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales Enablement within the SaaS or networking space
  • Proven success in leading enablement strategies across content and launch execution
  • Experience in building global content programs for internal and partner audiences
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market tech stacks including Salesforce and analytics tools
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers
