Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director & Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal issues and projects supporting the U.S. Group Health business
• Draft, review, and negotiate client business agreements, focusing on health plan clients
• Provide legal advice on regulatory issues to various internal teams

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. state
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, compliance, or related fields
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial client services agreements
• Experience in a highly regulated industry
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and medical practice law is desirable
