Key Responsibilities

• Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits
• Manage and organize personal injury case files from intake through resolution
• Assist attorneys with mediation, settlement, and trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of recent litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with workers' compensation matters is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Availability to respond to client requests within one hour during business hours
