North Carolina Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to support commercial transactions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial technology agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage commercial-related matters throughout the sales process
• Advise and train Sales and Sales Operations on company policies and deal processes

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a U.S. law school
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in managing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial transactions
• Proficiency in commercial laws, intellectual property, and corporate compliance
• Experience with networking technology, IT, software as a service, and subscription models is preferred
