Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to integrate compliance best practices
• Develop and maintain the company's compliance incident response plan and procedures
• Lead the investigation and resolution of compliance incidents and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience in compliance or healthcare-related operations
• Knowledgeable on payer requirements and healthcare regulations
• Understanding of Medicare programs
• Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certification preferred
• Knowledge of privacy laws is a plus
