FSA Licensed Actuary Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Actuary (ISG).

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the activities of the ISG modeling team, including supervision, training, and development
• Gather and analyze projection model usages, maintaining models for ALM, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs related to model governance and analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business, or a related field (required)
• FSA certification or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the actuarial field or equivalent education/experience
• Broad actuarial and financial expertise with knowledge of unique product lines
• Experience in addressing significant and complex issues requiring quantitative and qualitative analysis
