Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics to lead their Analytics function and drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the Analytics team, ensuring high-quality product and KPI reporting
• Promote a data-informed culture and facilitate strategic prioritization across the organization
• Support strategic initiatives by conducting analyses and collaborating with senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing an Analytics team with 4+ members
• Experience with BI tools for developing data models and dashboards
• Advanced SQL skills and a strong foundation in statistics
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
