Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of a measurement framework for AI products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a unified measurement framework to track usage, performance, engagement, and business impact of AI products
• Define and operationalize key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead instrumentation strategy and guide engineering teams on data tagging, tracking, and data pipeline setup

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in digital/product analytics, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or strategic role
• Experience defining analytics for AI/ML products or data-driven applications
• Strong understanding of product analytics tools and data platforms
• Skilled in SQL and data manipulation; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and predictive analytics
