Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Team Lead (Dependent Verification Audit Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to execute dependent verification audit services and ensure service quality and productivity
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members on their tasks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and manage resources for service audits

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in benefits administration with brokers, carriers, or clients
• 2+ years of experience in leadership, training, or mentoring roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• Experience with technology, health & welfare benefits, or human resources preferred
• Project management experience preferred
